Leonhardt's Point of View:

It seems like this place is not good for me after all. When that giant cream female dragged me into this strange cave full of wyngrew I thought I was gonna lose it, there are so many, how can they live in here?! Don’t they have their own territory?! Why can’t they leave me alone?!

No matter how many times I hiss and growl at them, they keep coming one after another, I must escape! But the giant cream female always catches me and drags me inside. Is she waiting for me to grow up to feast on my flesh?! No! That can’t be! She feeds me and makes sure I’m ok… Yes, that must be it… Maybe a little nap will keep my mind busy.

I will just lay here and close my eyes, let the dream realm appear before my eyes so I can wander freely in a world where I don’t have to fear—

WHAT’S THAT?! Something grabbed me from behind! I can’t feel it’s warm body against my back. Could it be a wyngro?! An ambush!! They’re after me! I must act quickly before they deliver the final blow!

My claws… yes! If I slash the beast maybe it will leave me alone.

First I must make a loud noise to startle them, hissing seems to work just fine, the monster flinched and let go of me, now it’s my chance to attack.

Tense up the muscles of my arm, hold it firmly and then swing it as fast as you can to the eye.

Dammit!! They almost dodge it, at least I scratched the face, but it wasn’t enough, Im not that fast.

They stomped my chest, Im losing balance. Something hard hit me on the back of my head, it hurts a lot but I must shake away the pain and finish them off before they finish me. Oh no! They are calling the wyngro, I can hear them coming closer. I must escape!




What really happened:

After the great load of new wynglings hatching in the Nook, Leonhardt felt more stressed. Evading the wynglings that approached him in a failed attempt to befriend him.

Luckily for the dark colored male, he found an empty spot in one of the rooms of the Nook, there were some wynglings inside but they were minding their own business on the other side of the room. He was about to close his eyes and rest until a green female hugged him from behind, feeling that he was felling down and needed some comfort. Sadly, Leonhardt took it as an attempt to harm him and countered, scratching the face of the little lady.

Gracie squeaked and quickly pushed him away from her as hard as she could, making Leonhardt lose balance and hit his head against the leg of a nearby table. He whined in pain, rubbing the affected area as she started to cry loudly, calling Alma.

The screams caught the attention of the other residents of the Nook, their intense stare set on the dark grey male. Leonhardt was scared; he thought they were going to avenge the poor damsel in danger. He growled and barked as he ran away from the scene, making the other wyngrew that was in his way step aside. He passed right besides Alma, who tried to grab him but he struggled to set himself free from her grasp.

“What happened?!” the cream adult ran towards Gracie, carefully removing her little paw from her cheek to see the damage.

“I-I… I just tried to make him feel b-better and he scratched me…!” the green female whimpered.

Alma wiped off her tears with her thumb and smiled tenderly at her “Don’t worry dear… It will be ok, but for now let’s patch up that scratch, ok?”

Gracie nodded between sobs “O-Ok…”
